For parents in the Greater Toronto Area, EYES Child Care’s latest service updates provide a supportive learning environment. The centre takes a well-rounded approach by supporting educational and social development equally.

EYES believes that the best approach to educating children requires treating them as individuals, and understanding that every child is different, with different needs, dreams, and requirements. In the hope of helping every child onto the path to being a successful adult, the program provides a warm and nurturing environment that encourages kids to thrive socially and psychologically, as well as providing the building blocks of early education.

The teachers at each EYES centre strive to help every child to develop as an individual, motivating them to discover their likes, dislikes, and personal interests. While their classes follow the traditional curriculum to give each child the skills they need in mathematics, reading, writing, science and more, the centre also focuses on personal and social development.

Core subjects include the aforementioned, alongside languages and creative pursuits like arts, singing, and sports. Classes are taught using active learning techniques to get children participating, discussing and debating topics, and developing their independent thought. The program also encourages self-regulation, allowing each student to manage their active and rest time according to their needs. As part of their day-to-day routine, children take part in yoga and meditation to help generate a peaceful, calm state of mind and generate positivity around educational settings.

“Great school and extremely happy with the care that Cheryl is getting,” said one satisfied parent. “We can see the huge difference after we changed her to EYES. She seems to be getting much more attention, learning a lot more things and seems much happier. Naila seems to be natural with children and you can see her passion in the way she runs the school.”
