Terry A. Taggart. CEO of Taggart Enterprises, Inc. dba Tag Team Manufacturing announced today that his company has attained ISO 9001:2015 Certification from Platinum Registration in Parker, Colorado. Taggart says he enlisted Cavendish Scott, a Denver ISO consultant, to help Tag Team Manufacturing write procedures, develop a quality management system, and train employees. “Cavendish Scott did an outstanding job, guiding our staff through the process and ensuring there were no problems during the audit process,” according to Charlie Dittrick, Plant Manager.
Tag Team Manufacturing has been automating their machine shop the past two years in order to run “lights out” precision machining. A “Sawyer” robot and two DMG Mori horizontal mills have been added, one of which has a 21 pallet system, eliminating setup times and running 24/7. According to Dittrick, the “build it and they will come” theory has now been put into motion with the ISO certification completed.
