One of the recent 5-star reviews thanks the company for its flexibility in pricing options by saying, “Fantastic service. Could set up the delivery for next day. I was able to get a one-day rental at a reduced, reasonable cost when many other companies require that you rent for a minimum of a week. Also excellent, timely communication. Don't hesitate to use this company.”

Another review praises the company’s responsive customer service and affordable pricing by saying, “Very impressed! Jonathan was on time and pleasant and changed my pick-up time with short notice! Cheaper than national companies and always happy to support local people!”

One reviewer noted Gateway Dumpsters’ prompt response to their inquiry by saying, “Owner was incredibly professional, helpful, very good with communication. I called to have a dumpster within 24 hours’ notice and he called me back instantly, highly recommended! Will absolutely be using them again.”

The company’s dumpsters can be used to dispose of all types of junk materials including household junk, cardboard, clothing, furniture, appliances, home debris, drywall, flooring, wall tiles, broken bathroom fixtures, tiles, subfloor materials, old countertops, and construction debris such as roofing shingles, siding, and more. The company also makes available a list of materials that can’t be loaded onto its dumpsters on its website. More information about the company's roll-off container options can be found on its website at https://www.gatewaydumpsters.com/.

The company’s 15-yard dumpster, which is 14 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 4.5 feet high, can be rented out for $285, $355, and $375 for one day, three days, and seven days respectively. Its 20-yard dumpster, which is 14 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 6 feet high, can be rented out for $300, $375, and $400 for one day, three days, and seven days respectively.

The base rental price of the dumpsters includes one ton of waste. Clients loading the bins with concrete should fill the container to the halfway point only. The company charges $90 for the disposal of every additional ton of waste material. It also charges $10 per additional day of rental for the three-day and seven-day rentals for up to a maximum of 10 days. If the customer wants to extend the one-day rental, it automatically switches to the pricing of the three-day rentals.

Gateway Dumpsters also offers a junk removal service that takes the responsibility of loading up its dumpsters off of the customer, saving them time and energy in the process. Homeowners, contractors, or business owners only have to ensure that the junk they want to be hauled off is set aside in a separate area for removal. The company will then offer the client a free, no-obligation on-site estimate. Customers can also text the company a photo of the earmarked junk and the staff will respond with a quote. The company handles everything from small one-item pick-ups to full home cleanouts, as it claims that there is no job too small or too large.

The pricing of its junk removal services is based on the volume of junk in its trucks. Each truck has a volume of 15 cubic yards. It charges a minimum of $90 for picking one or two items, $225 for a quarter truckload, $415 for a half truckload, $545 for a three-quarters truckload, and $625 for a full truckload.

Gateway Dumpsters serves all areas in Monroe County, Ontario County, and Wayne County. The company also delivers its dumpsters to areas outside of its service radius for a small fee based on distance.
