Reviews Show Going the Extra Mile the Norm for One of the Leading Douglasville Roofing Companies

June 24, 2022 - /PressAdvantage/ - Douglasville, GA-based Paramount Roofing & Consulting is a company that has worked hard to establish itself as one of the preferred roof repair service providers in the Atlanta area. This is helped by the fact that they have a hands-on owner, well-trained roofing crews, and only use high-quality materials. But the many glowing reviews they receive for their efforts indicate that what they do goes well beyond the quality of their roofing work. They often indicate that going the extra mile for their customers is the norm for this reputable Georgia roofing contractor.

A good example of what was mentioned above is a review is a short but straight-to-the-point review from Ronald Ellis which stated, “Otis was very professional and prompt and explained exactly what was wrong with my roof in detail. The repair went by very smoothly. Would highly recommend.”

Others past customers expressed similar sentiments in their reviews. Jessica Hudgins wrote, “Paramount Roofing has done an exceptional job on my roof replacement. No one wants to go through this however they made the process seamless by offering flexibility and multiple options. I appreciated the assistance with my insurance company and through pre and post inspection. I would definitely recommend this company.”

Imani Hawley also proclaimed, “The most impeccable service anyone could ask for. This company is amazing, knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. Otis walked me through the entire process, assisted with my insurance claim, and followed through with every promise. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again and would recommend them to anyone that I know. Paramount will be my roofer for life! Do yourself a favor and call this company! I am beyond satisfied with my roof. It looks amazing. Exceeded my expectations!” The first Paramount Roofing & Consulting customer review shown above, and the others can all be found on the company’s Google Maps Business Listing. It’s a webpage that contains over 100 reviews that sees this contractor average a perfect 5 out of a possible 5-stars.

Paramount Roofing & Consulting’s owner, Otis Floyd, responded by saying, “We realized a long time ago when we started this business that we would probably not be the only roofer in the Western Atlanta area that provided quality roofing services. So, from day one, we decided to run our business in such a way that all we do complements our exceptional roofing work. That includes everything from guaranteeing our clients a pleasant customer service experience from the start to completion of their projects and keeping them informed every step of the way during their roof repair contracts. We also have the necessary experience to help roof insurance claims go smoothly and to explain to our customers exactly why each roof repair step that they require needs to be done. These are customer service traits that we will never compromise on.”

Floyd acknowledged that the thoroughness of their roofing work should not be overlooked either. Especially two of the company’s most sought-after roofing specialties. This includes storm damage repair which they are known to respond to very quickly after a customer requests their help. He stated that once their crew arrives the team leader will assess the damage and then take appropriate steps. If the roofing damage is minor this may even include an immediate repair. For more substantial damage they will make sure the roof is tarped and as watertight as possible until all the necessary supplies arrive. The company owner mentioned that roof tarping is a service they offer even if they have not been asked to do the actual repair. He mentioned that they also will assist in any way possible with any roof repair insurance claims that are associated with storm damage. Floyd also brought up their reputable roof replacement work. A process that starts with a detailed roof inspection and is not considered complete until a thorough cleanup of the worksite has been done. It’s a roofing task that is guaranteed to make old and worn roofs look great and become completely watertight again.
