Pine Island Tree Removal Company Gets Another Rave Review

February 15, 2022 - /PressAdvantage/ - Gerard's Tree Service is a Pine Island, FL tree removal company that prides itself on doing quality professional tree services that are accompanied by outstanding customer service. It’s a philosophy that has led this company to receive many glowing reviews on its services. A good example of this is a recent rave review from a customer that was extremely pleased with the quality of the tree work that was done for him. In this 5-star review from Jim White, he writes, “Gerard has been our tree service provider for at least 9 years. During that time, on all of our projects, we have never been disappointed with the work or the customer service displayed by the personnel that performed it. They always do what we ask and do it well. Gerard even advises us as to how some of our different tree projects should be approached. His crew’s cleanup work after the job is great as they never leave the job site a mess and there is no debris left behind. I regularly recommend Gerard to people looking for tree work and I have never had any negative feedback.”

This review highlights the consistent nature of how this company goes about performing its professional tree services. This includes responding quickly to customers' inquiries, doing quality tree work, and not leaving the job site until a thorough cleanup of the work area has been done. Other reviews also mention these specific company traits. Patricia Quinto stated, “I was pleased with the personal attention and prompt response. The tree cutting crew cleaned up after the job and the stumps were removed as if they were never there. I highly recommend this tree service.” Zach Kahn proclaimed, “Outstanding experience. Gerard went the extra mile to notify my neighbor that there could be debris near his yard and that it would be taken care of. The tree shaping came out perfect. Clean-up was immaculate. Conscientious and professional crew.”

The company owner of this Bokeelia tree service, Gerard Cicoria, says, “We don’t set out with the goal of getting 5-star reviews for the tree services that we provide. What we do set out to do is use our knowledge and exceptional customer service skills to provide the best possible tree services that can be found in St James City, Florida, and the surrounding areas. When we do that to the best of our ability, we know that our reputation will grow and glowing reviews will naturally come our way too.” Cicoria went on to say that it also helps that they provide a wide variety of professional tree services. This includes many different types of tree trimming and pruning services. He says that his arborist-led crews know the best way to trim each of the different species of trees in their area of Florida and the best time of year to trim each one. It’s how they can keep their customers' trees looking great and in their healthiest possible condition.

The owner also talked about how they are experts when it comes to taking trees down. When doing tree removal, they always keep safety at the forefront and they have all of the special saws, rigging, and other equipment it takes to fell a tree exactly where they intended it to go. He added that tree removal is something that’s best left to professionals such as them because of how dangerous it is and they charge very reasonable prices for this type of tree work. It was also mentioned that his crews can remove the stumps completely after a tree has been taken down so the ground area where a tree once stood can be completely repurposed. Other specialty tree services that the company provides for its St. James City, FL area for its residential and commercial customers include mangrove trimming, wildfire mitigation, and their reputable rapid responding emergency tree services.
