Holgates Beetham Holiday Park is thrilled to announce the successful completion of the first phase of its new development, featuring 20 brand-new holiday home plots with breathtaking views of the park's picturesque countryside surroundings and meadow walk. This milestone highlights renewed investment in the park, which has been under family-owned holiday park operator Holgates since June 2022.

Since the acquisition of Holgates Beetham Holiday Park last year, much of the existing team, alongside some new faces, have been dedicated to preserving the natural beauty and high standards the park is renowned for. The Beetham Holiday park is perfectly aligned with the values across all ten parks owned by Holgates.

Managing director and owner, Michael Holgate, expressed his enthusiasm about this significant development, saying, "It is a very exciting time for Beetham. Following the acquisition last year, making it the tenth holiday park in our group, we're delighted to be welcoming the first owners onto our new development plots facing the meadow walk. What makes this even more special is that the planning permission for the development was in place prior to the park joining our group, so the development has been a long time in the making."

The new holiday home plots at Holgates Beetham Holiday Park offer an exceptional opportunity for holidaymakers to experience the beauty of the Cumbrian countryside across a 12-month holiday season. With the completion of the first phase, two lucky holiday home owners have already begun their journey towards years of relaxation, memories and natural beauty at the park.

Nestled amidst the idyllic landscape of Beetham, part of the Silverdale and Arnside AONB, this development promises stunning views and the chance to become part of a thriving holiday community that values nature and breaks away from the pace of daily life. Holgates Beetham Holiday Park remains committed to creating memorable experiences and cherished moments for all its owners and their families.

As Holgates Beetham Holiday Park continues to grow and evolve, the park's dedication to providing a haven of natural beauty and tranquility remains unwavering. The completion of the first four plots is just the beginning of what promises to be an exciting journey for the park looking ahead to complete the remaining 16 plots, including some larger lodge plots into 2024.
