Unlike some media reports, servicing can often be carried out without voiding of your warranty.

East Coast’s Log Book Services ensure your car is kept in good working order and covers a variety of makes and models including European, Japanese, Australian and US.

As quoted by Choice in an article written by Jemma Castle: “The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) says “a manufacturer’s warranty is a promise to the consumer that the vehicle will be free from defects for a certain period of time”. While a manufacturer can have certain requirements in its warranty terms – such as ensuring any servicing is carried out by qualified staff, according to the manufacturer’s specification, and that appropriate quality parts are used where required – it can’t require you to service your vehicle through an authorised dealer to keep your warranty intact. Provided you service the vehicle in accordance with any such requirements, the warranty will remain valid”.

There are Two Levels of Service to choose from – Standard or Premium Service plus Log Book servicing. Log Book Servicing is comprehensive and detailed, ensuring your vehicles is operating at both a safe and economical level. A Log book service includes a parts, labour, oils and scheduled items within the dedicated service. East Coast only use the best quality spare parts and oils because they appreciate that time spent off the road means time and money.
