LPE Realty LLC, a licensed Florida real estate brokerage, has described how its no-split model works. Its agents keep their full commission and pay a low flat fee per transaction, with current fees published on the company's website.
Boca Raton, United States, November 2, 2026 /PressCable/ -- SOUTH FLORIDA - LPE Realty LLC, a licensed, cloud-based South Florida brokerage, has set out how its 100% commission model works for Florida real estate agents. Agents at LPE Realty keep their full commission and pay a low flat fee per transaction in place of a percentage split.
How a split works, and how LPE Realty differs
According to LPE Realty, at a traditional brokerage a share of every commission goes to the company, often on top of monthly desk and technology fees. The company's view is that this money pays for overhead the client never sees, and that it comes out of what the agent could have spent on the client's sale.
LPE Realty takes no percentage split. Each agent pays a flat fee per transaction and keeps the rest of the commission. Agent fees are paid by the agent and are never charged to clients. MLS, association and lockbox dues are paid to those organizations directly, as at any brokerage.
Why the fees are published
LPE Realty publishes its current agent fees on its website, at https://lperealty.com/agents/. According to the company, traditional brokerages rarely publish their fees. LPE Realty lists its fees in plain language so that an agent can see what the brokerage charges before joining, and an agent reviews the full agreement and fee schedule in writing before committing. The fees may change, and each agent's fees and terms are set by that agent's signed agreement.
What it means for sellers and buyers
The company's view is that an agent who keeps more of each commission has more to invest in presenting and promoting a client's home. LPE Realty states this as its view, not as a promise about any particular sale.
For buyers, LPE Realty recruits experienced agents who generate their own clients and know their markets. The brokerage describes its agents as professionals who run their own business.
A cloud-based brokerage
LPE Realty is a virtual brokerage with no walk-in office, and it does not require agents to work from an office. Agents meet clients at the property, on a video call or in the client's own neighborhood. A licensed broker supervises every transaction. Agents receive the LPE Realty logo and brand files for signs, listings and social media.
The brokerage is launching its model starting in South Florida. Its agents work with buyers and sellers across South Florida, including Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach, as well as other areas of Florida.
Agent fees and terms are published on the LPE Realty website and may change. Each agent's fees and terms are set by that agent's signed agreement with LPE Realty LLC. This announcement is not an offer of employment or a guarantee of earnings, leads or results.
