Premier Sotheby's International Realty announced today that Jill Castle has been named managing broker of its Lake Norman office, located at 19825 North Cove Road in Cornelius. Jill assumes this role in addition to her existing duties as managing broker of the company's Charlotte office, to which she was appointed in 2016. Additionally, Victor Petrenko has been named broker-in-charge of the Lake Norman location.
Jill brings over 20 years of real estate experience in residential sales, relocation, new construction and development to this position. Over the course of her career, she has founded and operated her own boutique real estate firm and achieved top-producer status as a broker associate with Premier Sotheby's International Realty. Victor is currently one of Lake Norman's top-producing broker associates. A U.S. Army veteran and an accomplished professional, his background includes 30 years of experience leading large-scale, multi-disciplined global organizations.
