Inauguration of Digital Dairy solution implemented by Amnex, at Panchamrut Dairy, Godhra of panchmahal district co-operative union

Ahmedabad, Gujarat Apr 15, 2021 (Issuewire.com) - The Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC) setup under the Digital Dairy initiative of the Panchmahal District Co.operative Milk Producers' Union Limited (Panchamrut Dairy) was inaugurated by the Hon. Chairman Sh. Jethabhai Ahir on Monday. Sh. Mitesh P Mehta, Managing Director, ICCC team of Panchamrut Dairy and Amnex team from  Implementation partner present during the inauguration ceremony

The Digital Dairy ICCC of Panchamrut Dairy becomes the 2nd Digital Dairy project to be operational in the GCMMF (Amul). Panchamrut Dairy worked with Amnex Info technologies, to design, develop, implement, operate and maintain: Quality Supply Chain Management; Not required to mention technology fleet management system; Mobile and web-based application for Veterinary services; IoT based BMCU automation; Integration platform for AMCS; Integrated command and control centre.

Digitalization is changing the dairy business scenario and the adoption of technology has increased efficiency thereby reducing delays in the industry supply chain. The dairy supply chain depends on a variety of factors like temperatures, cold chain, and shorter shelf life of products. Digital Dairy enables optimization of the milk collection process and finished goods dispatch activities ensuring quality and longer shelf life of milk products reaching the end-customers. The fleet management solutions optimize overall asset utilization and connect platforms for plant operations in order to reduce overall Turn-Around-Time (TAT) for the vehicles within premises.

The Veterinary mobile application enables the farmers to monitor the cattle health and obtain timely veterinary services. The solution also facilitates the digitization of the genealogy, medical history, and the details of the milk collection pattern. With the help of the Integrated command and control centre (ICCC), monitoring the on-ground activities and sharing alerts and actionable inputs can be done in real-time. The ICCC acts as the "nerve centre" for day-to-day operations management, providing insights by processing complex data sets at an aggregated level to derive intelligence for improved planning and policymaking.
