Glowing Reviews Solidify Ridgefield NJ Company’s Reputation as a Quality Office Furniture Store

December 28, 2022 - /PressAdvantage/ - Ridgefield, New Jersey-based PTI Office Furniture is a company that wants its customers to say goodbye to the expensive and time-consuming task that shopping for office furniture shopping normally is. The company does this by offering businesses everything they need to have a comfortable and fully functional office and do it at a fraction of the normal cost and with no hassles. Proof that PTI Office Furniture is succeeding at this goal and more comes in the form of the many positive reviews that its customers write. Reviews that also point to a well-rounded experience when customers buy office furniture from its store.

A spokesperson for PTI Office Furniture, Ray Diaz, says, “We are a company that has the right new and used office furniture to fit the needs of any size business. Those businesses that come to us for assistance will find that we carry a big selection of new, used, refurbished, and refinished office furniture options. This includes new and used filing cabinets, business office desks, comfortable chairs, and more. Whether a business is just starting out or needs to upsize its offices, we’ve got what they want.”

Diaz added that it is never their main goal to get rated 5 stars for the way they assist businesses in getting the perfect offish furniture for their needs. They do, however, realize that if they provide quality new & used office furniture, outstanding customer service, and do all the important little things, exceptional reviews will naturally come their way. An example of that is this glowing review by a customer that notes PTI Office Furniture checked all the boxes he was looking for from an office furniture supplier. Brett Unger stated, “PTI has been awesome to work with when buying furniture for our company office! Brian who worked with us was so helpful every step of the way getting us quotes and making sure the furniture was a perfect fit for our space! I Highly recommend them!” In another very favorable review of the business, a client writes about participating in a very satisfying office equipment purchasing situation. Jeremy Yela proclaimed, “I recently purchased office furniture from PTI and had a fantastic experience. Joyner Estay was my salesman and he demonstrated professionalism and knowledge about the furniture in the showroom and this helped make the buying process a great experience. His team was also on time with the delivery and did a great job with the assembly of our furniture too. I highly recommend Joyner and PTI office furniture!”

The company’s spokesperson also talked about how they at PTI Office Furniture can be as hands-off or as hands-on as a client wants when shopping at their store for office furniture. They can do as little as just go over the many furniture choices they offer or do as much as help design and propose an office layout. The following 5-star review is a perfect example of that. Joe Nachbaur wrote, “I recently purchased furniture for my office from PTI and I dealt with Brian. He was fantastic. He even came to the office to measure it and then sent me a sample design for the office layout which I loved. Brian was easy to work with and provided outstanding customer service. He also located a financing company for me so I could spread out the cost to purchase the furniture. The people who came out to set up the furniture were great as well. No damage and they cleaned up before they left. I will definitely recommend PTI in the future.”

Diaz says they are proud to have helped with the office furniture needs of so many businesses in New Jersey and elsewhere in the Tri-State area in their over 37 years of existence. The company spokesperson added, “We invite all those businesses that need to furnish any size office space in the New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut areas that we serve to come to view our selections in our large and ever-changing 25,000 sq. ft. showroom.”
