A New Song Founder and performer Gedalya shares desire to seek truth with ‘Make Me a Sage’
New York City, New York May 12, 2022 (Issuewire.com) - There is power in knowing, and the latest release from Gedalya, known colloquially as the Folk-rock Rabbi, looks to share the desire to gain wisdom from knowledge in his latest release Make Me a Sage.
The song is also slated to be featured on A New Song USA, a non-profit that promotes music with a positive message.
"Make Me a Sage is a great example of the positive message I want to share with A New Song USA," Gedalya said. "The song is about gathering wisdom, like sages of old, through engaging with the world. I want to encourage learning and understanding with all of my music, but this latest release really exemplifies that desire."
While writing the song, he said he was reminded that everyone wants to get the most out of their lives, and having wisdom allows people to find purpose and more fully achieve that goal.
"I hope Make Me a Sage causes listeners to pause, reflect and understand the value of learning, or relearning forgotten truths."
With the release, Gedalya is also excited for a whole new audience to be exposed to his music as A New Song begins streaming on Spotify, one of the world's most extensive and popular music streaming services.
