Dove Print Solutions Adds Managed Services to Its Technology Offerings

Prominent national business solutions company becomes full-service IT solutions provider.

FLORENCE, S.C. - August 5, 2020 - (Newswire.com)

Monday, Dove Print Solutions, a trusted and well-respected technology and business solutions provider serving markets such as Charlotte, Miami, Houston, Nashville, and beyond, announced their expansion of services, becoming a Managed Services Provider (MSP). Dove’s already extensive offerings now include services such as managed network services, managed data services, managed security services, as well as Microsoft user licensing. The full range of IT solutions will fall under the DoveIT umbrella.

“DoveIT marks a major milestone in our progress to diversify the company and position us to continue to grow well into the future. We are truly executing on our vision: to deliver industry-leading technology solutions to organizations across the country,” said Rogers Coxe, COO of Dove Print Solutions, regarding its expansion.

Established in 1991, Dove has been providing business solutions for almost 30 years – always expanding to meet the growing needs of their customers. Offering infrastructure as a service was a necessary addition to their product offerings to help close the gap they saw in the market. The tech solutions provided will be offered in tiers so each company and organization can customize it to fit their needs.

Dove is proud to be able to provide their clients with tomorrow’s technology to fit today’s needs. Some key features and IT services include:

·        24/7 Monitoring

·        Computer & Network Security

·        IT Service Management

·        Network Health Audits

·        Hybrid Cloud Solutions (Cloud Management with Off-site Backups)

It all starts with an assessment. As your IT consultant and partner, Dove reviews the current infrastructure in place and works with each company to right-size their IT to fit their current demands and details any gaps in their network and IT set-up. Additionally, Dove helps organizations put an action plan in place, aligning their IT infrastructure with their business strategy and goals. The assessment is free of charge and non-committal – businesses are not obligated to conduct business, regardless of findings.
