Chicago, United States - June 21, 2017 /NewsNetwork/ —
Managed IT services firm, Chicago Technology Group (ChicagoTG) announced the launch of its Chicago fixed investment managed IT services. The new services offer server maintenance, desktop care, and help desk services as a customizable package.
More information about the Chicago Technology Group and the new services is available at https://computersupport.co.
As an industry practice managed IT and enterprise technology services are billed to customers as an hourly charge. As a result, managed services represent a significant technology overhead to IT-intensive businesses. The launch of ChicagoTG’s packaged managed services provides clients access to premium IT infrastructure support and services for a fixed monthly investment.
The company optimizes the cost of each service package based on a client’s needs by focusing on business-critical IT services while eliminating infrequently used services such as onsite support. A major change that enables fixed investment managed IT is the company’s proactive approach to IT infrastructure maintenance.
ChicagoTG’s new packages help businesses eliminate or optimize in-house technology support and leverage the knowledge and experience of global IT infrastructure professionals. The company also provides CIO-level consulting to help businesses adapt and assimilate industry best practices from Fortune 500 companies.
ChicagoTG offers proactive technology services in Chicago priced by the number of computers and servers operating in the client network covering a host of services including hardware and software audits, 24/7 monitoring, security updates, troubleshooting, administrative tasks, and preventive maintenance.
According to a spokesperson for ChicagoTG, “We focus on partnering with businesses seeking to optimize their return on investment. The launch of our well-structured and carefully priced packages ensure that our clients receive world-class enterprise IT care at a fixed monthly investment.”
Headquartered in the Illinois Medical District of The Windy City, ChicagoTG is a full-services IT consulting and services company specializing in managed services for small and medium businesses. The company’s services include cloud service management, project management, cabling, web development, cloud storage management, data security, VoIP services, backup, redundancy, and email services.
