Rosedale, New Zealand - November 7, 2019 /NewsNetwork/ —

Auckland, New Zealand – CB Systems have recently rolled out a new online timesheet app called CleverGo. The New Zealand-based company aim to develop workforce management solutions. The new app has ranked in the top 10 of online timesheet apps as an easy on-the-go solution adaptable to a variety of businesses.

The in-house design team at CB Systems have created an innovative new software called CleverTime. What makes CleverTime different from other workspace management software is the fact that it is cloud-based, or Software as a Service (SaaS). This means that users can access the software via the internet. The system permits ease of access and simplifies and shortens installation processes.

The CleverGo timesheet app is powered by this cloud-based CleverTime software. The new app has three main aims. Firstly, it supports the visibility of employee time and attendance. Secondarily, it helps to improve wage accuracy. Finally, it reduces issues related to compliance and allows for a more simplistic, streamlined time-management method.

Currently, there are three ‘modes’ of the CleverGo app. The ‘Employee Mode’ includes features like job-logging, note-taking, viewing timesheets and requesting leave. With its geo-fenced technology, it can assign multiple locations to an individual employee and works just as well in urban as more rural or remote areas.

The ‘Supervisor Mode’ version of the app is only available to people who have supervisor settings. From their account, they can clock in and out on behalf of the employees they manage and view all their team and their individual statuses with an integrated dashboard view.

The ‘Kiosk Mode’ of the app can be used on a tablet and works well for communal use. It can be used by employees, contractors, and visitors to log their entry and exit times. It also shows customised health and safety information in real-time and in emergency scenarios.

CleverGo is available both on the Apple Store and Google Play for Android and Apple devices. To find out more about the timesheet app or any other services CB Systems provide, interested parties are encouraged to contact the company.
