Female Hip Hop Artist 3x Nominee for Best Female Artist
Fairfield, California Oct 17, 2022 (Issuewire.com) - Born and raised in a single-parent household, Starr "Ben Cold" Jackson has overcome many obstacles like poverty, crime/violence, Covid, and even breast cancer, but Music has been everything for Starr. After defeating the stigma often associated with female artists, she landed 3 nominations for Female Hip Hop Artist of the year as Carolina Reaper Music Group's first female artist. Her wordplay and delivery give the guys a run for their money. Aside from being an artist, she is also CEO of the powerhouse publishing company, Simply Phenomenal Music and partner of Artist/Producer Jary Da Capo to their Super label, Carolina Reaper Music Group! Ben has already made her presence known in this industry by landing a spot on Bread Winner's Association's Official DJ, BWA Ron's mixtape "Taliban". She also has a feature from the well-known Don Trip of Grind Hard! Ben has been hinting at some other special celebrity features coming soon on her highly anticipated album, Alter Ego. Cleverly put together, Alter Ego takes us inside the mind of lyricist A.C.E. Da Phenom, who Starr is formerly known as, and displays the life of her Alter Ego, Ben Cold. This cocky, bold, and detailed display of her flawless cadences and unique delivery boasts her ability to slay any type of beat lyrically! Anticipated to drop in 2023, the label has already confirmed features from Don Trip, Yo Gotti, and some other possible big names in the industry. This album is nomination worthy already.
