PHILADELPHIA - April 5, 2021 - (Newswire.com)

AchieveNEXT, a leading provider of Peer Advisory Networks and Solutions for emerging and mid-market leaders, their teams and enterprises, today announced the creation of a Mid-Market Operating Partners Program designed to strategically identify high-potential growth opportunities for enterprises within the AchieveNEXT ecosystem.

Scott Barsky, a respected finance and operations consultant in the Philadelphia area, will lead the initiative, leveraging his 30+ years of deep experience and relationships in accounting, tax, consumer products, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, private equity and real estate to make meaningful connections.

Barsky is joined by Christin McClave, an experienced executive coach with a focus on building high-performing teams and overall organizational strategy. McClave is the former Chief Operating Officer at Cardone, a $1.2B firm in the automotive aftermarket manufacturing industry with 6,000 employees.

"AchieveNEXT's years of dedication and work with emerging and mid-market enterprises — combined with the complexities of the current business, economic and capital markets environments — have highlighted how important an operationally-focused mindset is," said AchieveNEXT CEO Nick Araco. "Our MM Operating Partners Program is specifically designed to address this need."

Barsky, McClave and the MM Operating Partners Team will challenge leaders to consider longer-terms shifts in the economy and their industries, asking how the new environment will impact their businesses, their customers and their workforce in the years to come.

McClave says she's especially eager to work with AchieveNEXT's members on growth-focused talent strategies. "More than ever, people will be the differentiator for those companies who rebound from the pandemic the fastest," she said.

Barsky adds: "As we start to emerge from the global economic crisis caused by COVID-19 there will be extraordinary opportunities. I'm excited to help emerging and mid-market enterprise leaders within the AchieveNEXT sphere capitalize on these opportunities."
